ABOUT ME
London based photojournalist Andrea Domeniconi, born in Italy in 1987, documents a wide range of social and political movements. These include climate activism with groups like Extinction Rebellion, animal rights through Animal Rebellion, the Black Lives Matter movement, the Iranian Woman Life Freedom protests, UK far-right groups, the pro-Palestine movement, and anti-war efforts concerning Ukraine and Sudan. Inspired by his mother’s love for photography, his early interest in photography during his teenage years with a 35mm point-and-shoot camera was rekindled in April 2019 during the Extinction Rebellion protest, which became a pivotal moment, igniting his focus on photojournalism.
